Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Returns

You may return your purchase within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@cmmttd.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email hello@cmmttd.com with your order number and exchange request. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send your exchange item at no additional shipping cost.
