Shipping & Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 22:00 CET will be shipped the next business day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following business day.

• EU Shipping: 2–5 business days (£5–£7)
• International Shipping: 6–8 business days (cost varies by country, calculated at checkout)

We ship via DHL or UPS, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders over £200 qualify for free shipping.

 

Duties & Taxes

CMMTTD is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with local import regulations, including any additional charges.

Important:
International customers who choose not to pay customs duties, resulting in the package being returned to us, will not be eligible for a refund. These orders will be considered refused deliveries, and shipping/customs fees cannot be recovered.

UK Customs Duties

Orders over £135 shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other taxes in accordance with UK customs policies.
